Please carefully follow the instructions below to complete the registration process:
Pay the applicable registration fees through the specified payment method.
Save the payment proof (receipt or transaction confirmation) as a PDF or PNG file.
Access and complete the registration form available at the link provided below.
Upload the scanned copy of your registration fee receipt or transaction proof through the registration page.
The file name of the payment receipt must follow the format: paperID_fees (e.g., 103_fees.pdf).
⚠️ Note: Payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
One author is allowed to present one paper per registration.
Authors having more than one paper need to pay and register separately for each paper.
Any additional author (co-author) attending the conference must register separately and pay the applicable fee.
If all authors of the paper are students or research scholars, each author must provide valid proof of status (e.g., a scanned copy of student/research scholar ID).
Each paper must be limited to 15 pages.
Up to 3 additional pages may be included, with a charge of INR 500 per extra page.
No changes to the paper will be accepted after the final camera-ready submission deadline.
Authors must ensure that the camera-ready submission must include the reviewers' recommendation and submit a review report along with the camera-ready
Authors must ensure that their submissions are complete, accurate, and error-free before uploading.
Authors are requested to provide consent for the following:
Sharing your name, affiliation, and email with other participants for networking purposes.
Sharing your images and videos on online platforms for networking, promotional, or educational purposes.
