Camera-Ready Copy Submission Guideline

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit a zip file as part of the camera-ready submission process. Please adhere to the following guidelines carefully:

🔖 File Naming Convention

• The zip file must be named using the paper ID only (e.g., 101.zip).

• No other file names will be accepted.

📁 Contents of the Zip File

1. Source Files

• Make your source file ready by including all the authors in the correct order with affiliation in the proper format and include the required changes suggested by the reviewers.

• The final (camera-ready) version of the paper in MS Word or LaTeX format (preferable).

• The PDF version of the camera-ready paper generated from the source file.

   2. Author's Response to Reviewers' Comment

• Prepare a separate document mentioning the changes made against the suggestions given by our learned reviewers.

   3. A filled-up copyright form will be collected from you in due course. No need to attach any such form during the camera-ready submission process unless it is asked you to do so.
