Authors' Guide

Authors submitting to CICBA 2025 must adhere to the following detailed guidelines to ensure a smooth review and publication process:

Language and Clarity

• The manuscript must be written in English, ensuring clear and concise communication.

• Authors who are not fluent in English are strongly encouraged to have their work reviewed and edited by a native English speaker or professional editor prior to submission.

• Please note that the review process does not include grammatical or language correction and submissions with excessive grammatical or syntax errors may be rejected without review.

Manuscript Length and Format

• The maximum allowed length for a paper is 15 pages, prepared using the Springer CCIS one-column format, which includes all text, references, tables, and figures.

Plagiarism and Ethical Compliance

• All submissions will undergo a plagiarism check using iThenticate® to ensure originality and compliance with ethical standards. Manuscripts with significant similarity to previously published work will be rejected outright.

Review Process

• CICBA 2025 employs a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed.

• Each paper will be evaluated by three independent reviewers to ensure rigorous and unbiased assessment.

Author Alteration Policy

• Changes in authorship (addition or removal of authors) are not permitted once the registration process has been completed. Authors are advised to ensure that the author list is accurate and final before submission.
