Authors' Guide

The Computational Intelligence in Communications and Business Analytics (CICBA 2025) invites authors to showcase their original work by submitting in one of the following formats:

1. Full Paper

This category is tailored for authors presenting comprehensive, in-depth, and well-established research findings. Submissions in this format are expected to demonstrate:

• Rigorous theoretical advancements, experimental results, or significant applied contributions.

• Clear articulation of methodology, results, and conclusions.

Specifications:

• Length: Up to 12 pages, including references.

• Selected full papers will be invited for oral presentations in a technical track at the conference.

• Presented papers will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings for publication.

2. Workshop Paper

This format is suited for authors presenting work in progress, preliminary findings, or exploring innovative and novel ideas that could benefit from feedback and discussion during interactive workshop sessions.

Specifications:

• Length: Up to 10 pages, including references.

• Accepted submissions will be featured in dedicated workshop tracks, with opportunities to present and refine ideas.

• Registered authors will receive a certificate of workshop participation.

3. Poster Submission

Poster submissions are ideal for concise presentations of ongoing research, novel ideas, or initial results that spark interest and foster discussion.

Specifications:

• Authors must submit a 1–2 page abstract summarizing their work, objectives, and key findings.

• Accepted posters will be displayed during the conference, and presenting authors are required to prepare and showcase their poster at the venue.

• Registered authors will receive a poster presentation certificate.

Submission Instructions

• Authors are required to choose one of the formats listed above while submitting their work.

• Authors can select more than one type during the submission if they wish. The appropriate type of the article will be selected based on the content of the article.

• Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• Authors should adhere to the official conference template and submission guidelines provided on the CICBA 2025 website.
