# $50 or Rs. 500 is less for Early bird registration in each category, as applicable

* Each paper should be registered separately with a full registration fee, as applicable. 

1. Payment Confirmation:

   • Registered participants must immediately provide intimation of their payments upon completing the registration process via the conference registration page.

   • A scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof should be sent promptly via email to cicba2025@gmail.com.

   • Payment, once made, can not be returned / cancelled / transfered.

2. Author Limit Per Registration:

   • Only one author is permitted to present a paper per registration. Additional authors attending the conference must register separately.

3. Paper Modifications:

   • No modifications to the paper will be accepted after the final submission deadline. Authors are advised to ensure their submissions are complete and error-free before submission.

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit a zip file containing the following documents:

1. Source Files:

   • The camera-ready version of the paper (in MS Word or LaTeX format).

   • The generated PDF version of the camera-ready paper.

2. Signed Documents:

   • A completed and signed registration form.

3. Payment Proof:

   • A copy of the payment receipt for the registration fee.

4. Verification Proof (if applicable):

   • Proof of student or research scholar status (e.g., scanned copy of ID).

File Naming and Submission:

• The zip file should be named using the paper ID (e.g., paper_id.zip).
